Free Returns

JanSport stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.

For apparel items, including tee shirts, hats and beanies, you can return your merchandise 30 days from the ship date as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Prepare your return for shipment and attach the prepaid FedEx shipping label that was included with your order.
  2. Take note of your order number and FedEx tracking number for your records.
  3. Drop the package off at any FedEx location or drop off box.
  4. Once the warehouse receives and processes your return package, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been started.

 

JanSport Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used.

Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Exchanges are not available.

What if there is no return label included in my package?

You will need to contact customer service and they will email you a return label to print.

How much will I be refunded?

Your order total minus the cost of shipping will be refunded to your original form of payment.

What if I lost my return slip?

If you do not have the mailing label from the original packaging, please contact Customer Service for a courtesy label.

Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.)

What if I lost my order number?

If you don’t have your order number, please contact Customer Service so we can help you to get the order number. Please contact them via email at js_customer_services@vfc.com or call them at 855-818-5966.

When will I get my return?

We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Received returns are generally processed within three business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.

Please note that JanSport is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Shipping Damage

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at 855-818-5966. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. JanSport.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.

That’s what JanSport stands for. So if your pack ever breaks down, simply return it to our warranty center. We’ll fix it and if we can’t we’ll replace it. We stand by our packs for a lifetime and since we’ve been making packs since 1967, that’s a guarantee you can stand by.
